| Description: |
The Granddaddy of the HOA Collection group of applications, this application allowed Alessi to organize their enormous case load of delinquent home owner accounts.
We cannot divulge everything this application does, but all the basics are in order. Delinquent accounts need to be sent Breakdowns of Fees, Notice of Defaults, Lien Letters and Lien Notices, Notices of Trustees Sales, complex payment plans and other documents that are either sent to the home owner and/or get recorded with the Clark County Recorders office.
System allows administrators to assign legal assistants to each HOA so that it is easy for the person assigned to the account to view and attend to accounts due for action.
Application also allows Alessi to cut checks directly from the system to themselves, the HOA, the Management Company or a miscellaneous company when necessary.
System also allows users to easily transmit documents to WALZ for certified and first class mail processing.
System also contains a multitude of built-in reports that allow the users to get tallied information at the push of a button.
Unlike other apps in this category, the Alessi app also allows separate tracking of Litigation clients. Alessi had been using Amicus software for Attorneys, but Amicus is not very user friendly and expensive to boot. Attorney time tracking, event calendar, pre-bill and statement generation functionality allow for a much more user-friendly environment.
The Alessi application also has a web interface so that clients with access can login to the system and get status reports on their accounts and so that HOA’s can sign up for service directly through the alessikoenig.com website.
