Application allows Absolute Collection Services to track delinquent HOA accounts for their clients. Delinquent accounts need to be sent Demand Letters, Notice of Defaults, Lien Letters and Lien Notices, Notices of Trustees Sales, simple payment plans and other documents that are either sent to the home owner and/or get recorded with the Clark County Recorders office.
Application also allows ACS to cut checks directly from the system to themselves, the HOA, the Management Company or a miscellaneous company when necessary.
System also contains a number of built-in reports that allow the users to get tallied information at the push of a button.
The ACS application also has a web interface so that clients with access can login to the system and get status reports on their accounts and so that HOA’s can sign up for service directly through the absolute-collection.com website.
