| Green Flag needed the ability to keep in contact with their clients more efficiently than they were doing with Outlook and pieces of paper. System is simple and allows Green Flag to log all of the clients, keep certain statuses on them…which of course color codes the records…allows them to take notes and schedule tasks or call back dates. It allows them to see what clients are due, over due or pending. Fairly simple. Very effective.
